Contact our dedicated customer support team or log into your SMEG account to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within 30 days of delivery.
Prepare the Package
Carefully pack your appliance in its original box, including all manuals, accessories, and protective foam to prevent damage during transit.
Ship to Service Center
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the exterior of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location for secure transport to our warehouse.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the item's condition, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
